Requirements and conditions for transfer:
- the server (not fake, not 2 days old, +- from the average level)
- from four real guild members
- you must be the head of an existing guild and the members must be in it
- all characters submitted by you for the transition must be at least 10 reset
- after I agree to the transfer, the guild on the other server is liquidated (so that I can see it)
- after I agree to the transfer, each transferring person must delete their character on the other server (so that I can see it)
